perched in thicket
Low vantage point
Hidden from its world
Keen eye
Patient
Studious
Contemplating
Moving in for strike
Never unsure
Closer than shadows
the watcher makes the move
Attack!!
The watched
keen in its guile
turned to greet the patient
the studious
the contemplative
Vantage point detected
in advance
far before the watcher
watched
